Oppo Find N2 Has a 120Hz Screen and is Powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1


The Oppo Find N series is the first foldable smartphone launched last year. Now, there are new rumors that reveal some of the main specifications of the Oppo Find N2, which is said to be powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.

Earlier this week, tipster The Digital Chat Station (DCS) revealed some interesting details regarding the new foldable smartphone from the Chinese smartphone company. The device in question is reportedly the Oppo Find N Flip which has a clamshell folding screen.

And now, DCS has again revealed detailed specifications for the Oppo Find N2. The information was shared on Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website). Reportedly, the successor to the Oppo Find N will be powered chipset Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.


While the screen will feature a 7.1-inch LTPO AMOLED display that offers speed refresh rate up to 120Hz for foldable panels. DCS also shared some design details of the foldable phone with a faux leather back.

In addition, this folding phone will carry a battery with a capacity of 4,520mAh and will run on the ColorOS 13 operating system based on Android 13.

The Find N2 is believed to retain the same side-mounted fingerprint scanner, which will be integrated into the power button like the previous generation. This model will reportedly be available in several color options, namely black, white, and green.

However, the DCS did not share any details regarding its availability outside of China or an estimated launch date.

Previously there were rumors that the Find N2 would carry a 50 MP main camera with a Sony IMX766 sensor, and an 8 MP Ultrawide camera with a Sony IMX355 sensor. However, this news is still unconfirmed, so the accuracy cannot be ascertained.

As is known, Oppo launched its foldable phone Find N2 last year with a small external screen measuring 5.49 inches. While on the inside there is a large screen, which is 7.1 inches.

This inner screen uses screen material from Samsung E5 and has a resolution of 1792 x 1920. In addition, this smartphone has an adaptive high refresh rate of 120Hz.

While behind the hood is embedded Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset. There are two configurations of RAM and internal memory, 8 GB/256 GB and 12 GB/512 GB.


The power source relies on a 4,500 mAh battery and is supported by the 33W super flash feature. This charger can charge 55% battery in just 30 minutes. There is also support for 15W wireless charging and 10W reverse charging.

For photography needs, the 50 MP main camera is supported by the Sony IMX766 sensor. Lens is also attached ultrawide 16MP as well as a 13MP telephoto lens. On the front, there is a 32MP camera, which can provide a clear selfie and video call experience.
