Infinix Holds National-Scale Esports Event Infinix Gaming Master
Infinix will hold a national-scale esports event, Infinix Gaming Master. This event is the result of a collaboration with MOONTON Games, as the game developer of Mobile Legends: Bang-Bang.
Infinix Gaming Master itself is an esports competition aimed at the gaming community. This annual event was first held in 2021.
Just like last year’s event, Infinix Gaming Master still carries the same vision to find the hidden talents of young Indonesians in the field of esports.
“Infinix Gaming Master 2022 is one of our manifestations to empower young Indonesians. We want them to unleash their potential in esports,” said Infinix Indonesia Country Marketing Manager, Sergio Ticoalu.

Just like the previous year, continued Sergio, Infinix will also present the best smartphones and pro-players, to take part in the Infinix Gaming Master this time.
This year’s Infinix Gaming Master will be present in the form of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang competition for high school and university students. This event will start from the pre-qualification round in every region of Indonesia, by providing a prize pool with a total of IDR 115,000,000.
Participants who qualify for the next round have the opportunity to meet renowned Indonesian Gaming Masters, such as Jonathan Liandi and Oura who will guide them during the final round.
This is so that the participants gain valuable knowledge and experience from former pro players who have competed in the world competition arena and have won the world title in the game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
Meanwhile, MOONTON Games Senior Partnerships Manager, Erina Tan said that his party appreciates every industry player who is willing to contribute to the eSports market, which is getting busier and more popular every year.
“Contributions from various parties are needed to build a more mature ecosystem, and Infinix has the right preparation for gamers in Indonesia,” said Erina.
He revealed, this esport event is also part of the Project NEXT series which is a event update game on a large scale, where as of the end of September 2022, all participants can use the new version of the emblem, which will be referred to as talent in the future to show their talents.

Infinix targets 2,500 participants and 50 schools from various regions in Indonesia to participate in the Infinix Gaming Master 2022 event. The hope is that all young Indonesians can experience the atmosphere of esports competition at a professional level as early as possible as their preparation.
The presence of this esport event is also part of campaign Infinix Hot 12 which was recently launched. In accordance with the characteristics of the Hot Series, Infinix Hot 12 brings the spirit of “Dominate The Game” for users who want a powerful device to play mobile games.
