Targeting Gen Z and Alpha, Poco C40 is on the floor at a price of Rp. 1.5 million

Poco adds to the long list of smartphones circulating in the country, by introducing the Poco C40. The presence of this smartphone complements the previous Poco smartphone series that were already marketed, including the F series, X series, and M series.

Andi Renreng, Head of Marketing for Poco Indonesia, said that the presence of the C series is intended to fulfill the needs of Poco’s target audience. Besides fulfilling the demands of Poco fans, on average, they really like the Poco brand value.

“Generation Z and Alpha are an active generation and are very close to an all-digital environment. This makes the existence of smartphones very important to support their daily lifestyle, from socializing, transacting to looking for entertainment,” he said.

Therefore, Andi added, a large smartphone battery is a necessity.

“With the Poco C40 which will soon be available in Indonesia, they can freely carry out various activities with their smartphone without worrying about running out of battery,” he added.

This latest C Series is arguably the company’s commitment to answer the wishes of young people and people who are young at heart who want to look cool with a capable gadget in its class and reach more users.

In addition to a large battery, which is 6000 mAh, Poco C40 will also come with a wide screen, Type-C and fingerprint sensor.

Comes in three color options – black, yellow and green, Poco C40 will be available in two variants, namely 3GB/32GB RAM which will be priced at Rp1,599,000 (first sale Rp1,499,000); and 4GB/64GB RAM which will be sold at a price of IDR 1,799,000 (first sale IDR 1,699,000).

Both will be sold exclusively online at a number of Poco’s e-commerce partners, with first sale which will take place on 9-16 September 2022. While offline purchases can only be made at Pocostore.
