Samsung Galaxy M14 5G Debuts with 6,000mAh Jumbo Battery


Samsung Galaxy M14 5G has been quietly announced in Ukraine. In terms of specifications and design, this phone is almost identical to the Galaxy A14 5G which debuted earlier this year.

The Galaxy M14 5G has a 6.6-inch PLS LCD panel with FHD + 1080 x 2408 resolution with an Infinity-V notch design, and supports refresh rate 90Hz.

This cellphone that runs on Android OS 13 based on One UI Core 5 uses a 2.4GHz octa-core processor, which is most likely powered by the Exynos 1330 chipset, which also supports the Galaxy A14 5G.


The chipset is supported by 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB using an external storage slot with a microSD card.

This inexpensive 5G cellphone from Samsung carries a jumbo battery with a capacity of 6,000mAh which supports 25W fast charging. In comparison, the Galaxy A14 5G has a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W charging.

For the photography sector, the Galaxy M14 5G relies on three rear camera settings, with a 50MP main camera composition, 2MP macro camera and 2MP depth camera. The main camera is capable of recording Full HD video at 30 fps. While in front there is a 13MP selfie camera.

While other features include dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS, USB-C port, side-facing fingerprint scanner and 3.5mm audio jack. As for dimensions, the Galaxy M14 5G measures 166.8 x 77.2 x 9.4mm and weighs around 206 grams.

The price of the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G is sold in Ukraine in two choices of memory capacity models and three color variants to choose from, namely Dark Blue, Blue and Silver.

The Galaxy M14 5G with a 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model costs UAH 8,299 or around Rp. 3.4 million, and a 4GB RAM + 128GB storage model sells for UAH 8,999 or the equivalent of Rp. 3.7 million. [HBS]
