Developer CD Projekt Red has also confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty will bring back Keanu Reeves in the role of Johnny Silverhand.

Keanu Reeves is presented as Johnny Silverhand in a new district in the sprawling Night City and lots of new items, set to be released sometime in 2023, on PS5, Xbox Series S/X, and PC.

Like The telephone quote from Gadgets360CD Projekt Red launches Phantom Liberty DLC via teaser short for live streaming Night City Wire on Tuesday (6/9/2022) local time.

This expansion marks the first major content update for the game, in addition to the many patches it provided to fix the game’s bugs, as it rolled out across all platforms — PS4 and Xbox One in particular.

That said, this new DLC won’t be rolling out on the latest generation consoles, and the developer hasn’t mentioned a planned launch date in the future.

Unfortunately, the trailer doesn’t reveal much, other than the voiceover featuring the main characters. The trailer only features a few brief snippets of the rise of an oppressive ruler in Night City.

It shows how government officials die, battles with electric whips, and a new mystery character who has the US flag pinned to his chest.

The teaser ends with Silverhand’s voiceover, warning us not to take the oath, calling it a “bad idea”. Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is said to have a “new plot style” and characters that develop in a district in Night City.
