Entering Indonesia, these are the specifications and prices for the Realme C55 NFC

As promised, Realme has finally launched its newest entry level smartphone, Realme C55 NFC in Indonesia. Even though it is in the entry level class, the specifications for the Realme C55 NFC and the price are very tempting.

After several leaks circulating on the internet, the C55 NFC realm has finally made its debut in Indonesia. Even though it’s in the segment entry levelthe specifications of this cellphone are quite capable.

Realme said that the C55 NFC realm carries five mainstay features, or what they call five “features championIn its segment, namely 64MP camera, 256GB memory, 16GB RAM, 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging, and Sunshower Design.

Talking about the design, the Realme C55 NFC looks similar to the Realme 10 4G with a few changes. First, the two separate camera islands are slightly larger in size and the front has punch hole centralized for the front camera.

The phone has flat metal sides, with the placement of the power button combined with the fingerprint scanner on the side. The bottom of the device has a USB Type-C port, speaker grille and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The screen uses a 6.72-inch IPS LCD panel with Full HD + resolution, peak brightness reaches 680 nits, and supports refresh rate 90Hz. Overall, if you look at the design, this cellphone has a fairly thin bezel for the HP class entry level.

Meanwhile, for the kitchen, the specifications for the Realme C55 NFC are powered by an octa-core Mediatek Helio G88 processor and 8GB RAM which can be expanded up to 16GB with Dynamic RAM Expansion (DRE) technology.

While the internal storage capacity is 256GB which can be expanded with a micro-SD card slot. This phone is equipped with a 5000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.

Turning to the camera section, the C55 NFC realm is equipped with a dual camera setup, with a 64MP main camera composition and a 2MP B&W camera. On the front, there is an 8MP camera for selfies and video calls.

Through this cellphone, Realme made an innovation breakthrough by presenting the first Mini Capsule feature on Android. In a way, this Mini Capsule feature follows or the Dynamic Island feature on the iPhone.

This Mini Capsule feature will provide a new way for users to convey information by adapting to the screen that fills the area around the selfie camera hole.

Users can get various information such as charging notifications, data consumption, and step information visually with a number of different colors on the edges of the Mini Capsule.

Running on realme UI 4.0 on top of Android 13, this smartphone is claimed to offer a smooth user experience. Other notable features, such as NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB 2.0 Type-C port for charging.

The price for the C55 NFC realm is priced at IDR 2,399,000 for the 6GB/128GB RAM memory variant, and IDR 2,899,000 for the 8GB/ 256GB RAM memory variant.
