Telkomsel Holds DG Con 2022, the Biggest Games Festival in Indonesia
Telkomsel is holding the 2022 Dunia Games Con (DG Con) event, which will take place from 28-30 October 2022 at Basket Hall Senayan, Jakarta. DG Con 2022 becomes a festival event games the biggest in Indonesia, initiated by Dunia Games Telkomsel this year.
DG Con 2022 presents a series of exciting activities to provide the best experience for Indonesian gaming and esports industry activists and players.
A number of interesting events were held in this event, such as the DG Fest, DG Awards, to the Free Fire games tournament through the 2022 Dunia Games League (DGL), as well as lots of interesting entertainment.
In addition, a series of activities are packaged in an attractive entertainment concept, such as cosplay competition, celebrity fun matches to musical performances from well-known artists and bands.

“Telkomsel’s Dunia Games has reaffirmed its consistency in encouraging the development of the country’s gaming and esports industry through the DG Con 2022 event,” said Vice President of Digital Lifestyle Telkomsel Nirwan Lesmana in Jakarta.
According to him, this activity is a combination of the success of the two previous activities, namely DG Fest and DG Award, which at the end of last year reached 1.7 million visitors in the metaverse and the annual Dunia Games League tournament, with 10 million viewers the previous year.
“Through Dunia Games, we will continue to open up more opportunities for advancement for Indonesian gaming and esports industry activists and players, to be able to become a leader in the global arena,” he said.
For the main series of events, DG Con 2022 on 28-30 October 2022 at Basket Hall Senayan Jakarta will be held separately offline. Visitors can enjoy various lively activities such as various interactive seminar sessions at DG Fest featuring more than 50 speakers
DC Con 2022 also held the DG Awards 2022 award night for gaming people who have contributed to the growth of the ecosystem and the games & esports industry in Indonesia.
For the 2022 DG Awards, a number of categories will be announced, including Male & Female Esports Player of The Year, Esports Team of The Year, Game Publisher of The Year, Esports Coach of The Year, and various other leading categories. In addition, the recipients of the 2022 Top Lifetime Achievement award will also be announced.
On the eve of the peak of the DG Con 2022 event, Dunia Games Telkomsel will also hold the 2022 Dunia Games League (DGL) Grand Final, which had previously been held since September 2022.
