The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is the official title of the sequel to Breath of the Wild. Nintendo revealed it during an event on Tuesday (13/9/2022).
Studio offers a new look gameplay when Link’s character flew into the sky in what looked like hoverboard in the shape of a bird.

The title was originally set for a 2022 release, but suffered some delays as it needed some refinement. The game will finally release in 2023.

Most of the adventures will be set among the clouds as the player glides using glider which is propelled by fire arrows while floating in the air.
Its prequel, Breath of the Wild, released in 2017, set the gold standard for open world titles by removing unnecessary markers.
In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Nintendo plans to expand the mechanics by creating additional realms in the sky above.
It looks similar to Nokstella, the Eternal City area of the Elden Ring, which is fully exploreable and features a different set of enemies.
End trailer The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom features a pebble bird. The fictional character Link is able to perch and navigate the sky.
Although there are no details, it seems hoverboard does not drain stamina when sliding, a relief compared to hand glider which is in game first.
