Alodokter Presents Virtual Assistant Alni with AI for Consultation
Alodokter officially presents new innovations with AI technology in the form of virtual assistant Alni. This new feature can be used to interact directly with doctors to simplify the health consultation process.
ALNI itself has been developed since 2018 using data that has been collectively collected by Alodoketer through millions of teleconsultations from patients carried out in the application as well as suggestions given by doctors who are members of Alodokter.
Alni uses conversational AI to pre-screen based on a series of questions and produce a pre-diagnosis to eventually become a recommendation that can be used by telemedicine doctors from Alodokter.

Based on an official statement received by Telset, Nathanael Faibis CEO of Alodokter said that the company believes that AI technology can work well together, because AI has unlimited memory and the capacity to ask important questions to patients.
“We always believe that AI technology and doctors will work very well together, because AI has an unlimited memory and the ability to ask key questions to patients or doctors in order to ensure the accuracy of disease diagnoses,” said Nathan.
Alodokter uses conversation as the main tool for telemedicine to enable connections between AI systems and electronic medical records. Advances in AI technology have a positive impact on telemedicine capabilities at this time.
In fact, more than 80% of general practitioners from Alodokter are assisted by AI during teleconsultation with patients. This relates to a consultation efficiency rate of up to 100% and also significantly increases patient satisfaction, based on data from Alodokter.
Louise Hewitt Chief Medical Office Alodokter explained that the company has always made patient health the main focus and believes that doctors in the future need to use AI to improve treatment outcomes.
