Asus Ready to Release Android 13 Update for Zenfone and ROG Phone Series
Asus will soon release an Android 13 operating system update for the Zenfone series and lini gaming ROG Phone. The plan update it will start rolling out in December 2022.
Asus only” has two lines smartphone in the Zenfone and ROG Phone series, products of the company sub-brand ASUS ROG which is well-known as a HP manufacturer gaming premium.
The Taiwanese manufacturer has confirmed that it will soon be rolling out a major software update for both of their smartphone lines, the Zenfone and ROG Phone series.

Asus and company sub-brand ASUS ROG has revealed plans to roll out the Android 13 update for the series line smartphone them, which will begin in December 2022.
As per the information shared by Asus on its official social media accounts, the Zenfone 9 series will be smartphone first to get update The latest Android 13 in December 2022, followed by Zenfone 8 which will get update in January 2023.
Meanwhile, the ROG Phone 6D and 6D Ultimate, as well as the ROG Phone 6 and 6 Pro, will get an Android 13-based software update sometime in the first quarter of 2023, which means between January 2023 and March 2023.
Furthermore, the ROG Phone 5 and ROG Phone 5S series will get the new Android 13 update sometime in the second quarter of 2023, which means between April and June.
We wish Asus could deliver timeframe or a more specific time frame for this Android 13 update in the coming months. The reason is, Asus only said that the updates they would launch might differ in time, based on the region and conditions.
Many users are hoping that their phones will get the latest version of the custom interface from Asus when they get the Android 13 update.
As is known, Asus cellphones currently come with a Zen UI interface, while the ROG Phone gaming smartphone runs the ROG UI interface on top of Android.
Previously, Asus has launched update Android 13 Beta version on Zenfone 8 in July 2022 then on a limited basis. Some Zenfone 8 users who have had the opportunity have tried a number of the new features that the beta version of Android 13 brings, although usually there are still quite a lot bug.
