Vivo X80 Pro+ will be released in September, powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1
Vivo will add to the portfolio for the X80 Series. After launching the Vivo X80 and X80 Pro, it is reported that in September the latest variant of Vivo X80 Pro+ will be launched.
It is known that the X80 and X80 Pro were launched in early 2022 in China, and July 2022 in Indonesia. However, in the middle of this year, in September 2022, the Chinese manufacturer will bring the latest X80 series to the market.

As for the leaked specifications, the X80 Pro+ is expected to debut with the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Chipsets that are currently used by several flagship smartphones such as the Xiaomi 12S Pro, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 and so on.
This chipset is indeed an option, because it can run up to 3.2 GHz or 200 MHz higher than Snapdragon 9.
Then the CPU and GPU are 10% faster and 20% better performance per watt thanks to the support of the AI engine in the processor. That’s not including the 30% more battery-efficient CPU and GPU, as well as all the cutting-edge technology packed into the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
Apart from the chipset, improvements are also offered in terms of the camera. Based on the rumors circulating, the X80 Pro+ could include a 50 MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1, 50 MP ISOCELL JN2 and a 50 MP main sensor.
