Xiaomi 12T Pro Launched, First Time Using a 200 MP Camera!
Xiaomi is now entering the era of smartphones with large camera sensors, after launching the Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro to the public. Because, both smartphones are supported by cameras with large sensors up to 200 MP.
Quoted The telephone from GSM Arena on Wednesday (5/10/2022), the Xiaomi 12T Series did bring various improvements from the other Xiaomi 12 variants. One of them can be seen in terms of the camera, where the main camera of the Xiaomi 12T Pro is 200 MP and the Xiaomi 12T is 108 MP.
Not only that, the Pro version is paired with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 flagship chipset which is widely used by flagship cellphones. Meanwhile, the standard Xiaomi 12T is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Ultra. So what are the full specifications of the Xiaomi 12T Series?

Xiaomi 12T Pro is Xiaomi’s first cellphone to be supported by a 200 MP Samsung ISOCELL HP1 camera. The camera uses a 1/1.22-inch sensor with 0.64μm pixels, which can be increased by 1.28μm or even 2.56μm. This upgrade depends on lighting conditions and user intentions.
Main camera supports zoom digital lossless 2x and technology Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) as well as several other features such as eye tracking and motion tracking features so that images can be more in focus.
Then for those who like to record videos, this best camera Xiaomi cellphone can also record 8K and HDR10+ videos. Unfortunately, the large sensor camera is only combined with a few standard cameras, such as an 8 MP ultrawide camera and a 2 MP macro camera. As for the front camera, there is a 20 MP sensor.
Turning to the screen, the Xiaomi 12T Pro carries a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with Full HD + resolution. HP screen has refresh rate up to 120Hz, 12-bit panel with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. The screen brightness can reach 900 nits and is protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
The kitchen is powered by Snapradgon 8+ Gen 1 with Android OS 12 and MIUI 13. Then this Xiaomi 5G cellphone uses 8GB and 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
The battery capacity is 5,000mAh, with 120W fast charging technology. The battery life is capable of providing up to 13.5 hours of screen-on time on a single charge. On the other hand, charging the battery to 100% only takes 19 minutes.
Xiaomi 12T Pro is also supported by speaker stereo Harman Kardon with support for Dolby Atmos, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, dual SIM and 5G connectivity and NFC technology.

Xiaomi 12T offers a camera that is no less powerful. The main camera of this latest Xiaomi cellphone is 108 MP ISOCELL HM6 with a 1/1.67-inch sensor and 0.64μm pixel size. The camera is also supported by OIS technology and an aperture of f/1.7. Unfortunately the Xiaomi camera doesn’t have an 8K video feature or an eye tracking feature.
While the other camera specifications are the same as the Pro version, namely an 8 MP ultra wide camera, a 2 MP macro camera and a 20 MP selfie camera. The screen specifications are also almost the same, namely with a 6.67-inch AMOLED Full HD + resolution and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The difference is that the standard version of the Xiaomi 12T screen is not supported by Dolby Vision.
The phone is powered by Dimensity 8100-Ultra, which is paired with 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB RAM variants and runs on Android 12 with MIUI 13. The battery capacity is 5,000 mAh with 120W fast charging.
