Steve Jobs’ daughter mocks iPhone 14 using sarcastic memes on Instagram
In the midst of the frenzy of the iPhone 14 launch event, many funny memes circulated on social media that satirized the new iPhone. And the most unexpected meme, posted by the daughter of the legendary co-founder of Apple, Eve Jobs.
iPhone 14 has been officially released in an “extravaganza party” titled “Far Out” on Wednesday (7/9/2022). Several new gadgets were also released, including AirPods, Apple’s smartwatch.
As usual, Apple dignitaries, including CEO Tim Cook, gave a speech at the launch event. The Cupertino giant seems very confident that his new products will receive a positive response from Apple fanboys.
But that estimate was wrong. Because after the announcement, there was a ‘meme festival’ on social media satirizing the iPhone 14. And the most unexpected meme was posted by the daughter of one of the legendary co-founders of Apple.
Apparently, the iPhone 14, which was introduced last Wednesday, proved unable to impress Eve Jobs, the daughter of the late Steve Jobs, the founder and legend of Apple.
Eve Jobs joined in enlivening the ‘meme festival’ on social media that satirized the latest Apple products presented at the “Far Out” event. Instead of getting praise, the iPhone 14 et al actually got a lot of ridicule from netizens who were ‘julid’.
The 24-year-old woman posted a meme image on her Instagram Story, which shows a man showing a shirt he just bought at the store, but hilariously it has the same pattern and color as the shirt he’s wearing.
“I switched from iPhone 13 to iPhone 14 after Apple’s announcement today,” reads the caption on the funny meme image Eve Jobs posted on her Instagram Story, which The telephone quote from GSMArena.

The meme caught the attention of netizens because it came from a daughter of an Apple legend, who “commonly” praises Apple products. But that doesn’t apply to Eve, because maybe she herself is annoyed that the iPhone is now lacking in innovation, after Steve Jobs’ death.
Eve posted the sarcastic meme to insinuate that the newly released iPhone 14 has a very identical design to the iPhone 13, which was launched last year.
Eve is actually not alone, as many Apple fans also complain about the lack of improvements given to the products that Apple just launched this year.
At Wednesday’s ‘Far Out’ event, Tim Cook, who replaced Steve Jobs as Apple CEO, gave a keynote speech at the launch of the iPhone 14, AirPods Pro, and Apple Watch Ultra, along with three other new products.
Apple’s new iPhones have always included slight improvements to the camera and battery life over the years. For this year’s model, Apple is also back only providing a relatively minor upgrade.
It’s no surprise that Apple has been the target of criticism, including from its own fans. The improvements given to the latest iPhone series are considered far behind from its competitors on the Android platform.
For those of you who are interested in buying, Apple has set the price for the iPhone 14 Series. The price for the iPhone 14 is set at USD 799 or Rp. 11.8 million, while the iPhone 14 Plus starts at USD 899 or Rp. 13.4 million. There are three color options for both devices.
iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus will be available in five color options. The five include Blue, Midnight, Purple, Starlight, and PRODUCT RED or identical red.
Preorders for iPhone 14 begin on September 9, 2022. iPhone 14 goes on sale from September 16, 2022 and iPhone 14 Plus goes on sale earlier, on October 7, 2022.
In the United States, the iPhone 14 Pro is priced at USD 999 or Rp. 14.8 million, while the iPhone 14 Pro Max top-of-the-line starting from USD 1,099 or approximately IDR 16.3 million.
