Meta Launches Instagram and Facebook Paid Account Verification

Meta officially launches a paid account verification program for its users on its platforms, namely Instagram and Facebook in the United States.

As is known, Meta was previously more commonly known by the name Facebook as a social media company that has existed since 2004 and was created by Mark Zuckerberg.

Meta now has around more than 2.8 billion active users every month on its various services, from Facebook, Instagram, to WhatsApp. Now, the company has launched a paid account verification program for Instagram and Facebook.

Meta announced it via its official Instagram account. Before this was launched, in early February, leaks of paid account verification for Instagram and Facebook were circulating on the internet.

Reported The telephone from Gizmochina, Users who register for the Meta Verified program will receive blue tick verification on their Facebook and Instagram accounts, proactive impersonation protection, and direct access to customer support.

This paid verification program is valued at $ 12 or around Rp. 184 thousand via the web, while iOS and Android users will be charged $ 15 or Rp. 230 thousand to take into account platform fees.

Subscribers to this program will get stars every month that can be used to tip Facebook creators, as well as extra stickers for Stories and Reels posts.
