The MacBook M2 Pro will reportedly only be released in the first quarter of 2023. This means that Apple will not release a new Mac again until the end of this year.

MacBook M2 Pro 14-inch and 16-inch, according to Mark Gurman of Bloombergis likely to slide in the fall or March 2023.

Like The telephone quote from EngadgetMonday (10/31/2022), Gurman added that the launch will likely coincide with the release of macOS Ventura 13.3.

“Apple has rarely launched a new product in January or February over the past few years. So, the new Mac will be announced in March 2023,” explained Gurman.

“That moment is in line with the software’s delivery date. Moreover, recently, Apple also launched a new Mac during the month,” he added.

Gurman points to Apple’s recent earnings for supporting evidence. Earlier this week, Tim Cook told analysts about holiday season products.

Cook said the product for the holiday season had been set. Apple’s Chief Financial Officer, Luca Maestri, confirmed even more firmly.

He predicts that Mac revenue will decline substantially by December 2022 in part because there’s no new MacBook Pro to roll with.

When it finally arrives, the new MacBook Pro will feature the same design as the current 2021 model. The main change is just chipset M2 Pro dan M2 Max.

According to Gurman, the M2 Max will feature up to 12 core CPU and 38 core GPUs. Unfortunately, he did not reveal anything else in more detail about the product.
