Assassin’s Creed Mirage Will Present More Classic Characters
Assassin’s Creed Mirage has been revealed by Ubisoft. Previous leaks suggested that the new title would be codenamed “Rift”.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage was originally created as an expansion to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla 2020. Details about game this will be revealed shortly.
Creed Mirage will be “skinned” during the Ubisoft Forward event, which is scheduled for September 11, 2022 and broadcast on Ubisoft’s official YouTube channel.

This is in line with previous reports, which claimed that Ubisoft opted for an approach back-to-basics in the latest game in the Assassin’s series.
The scope will be tighter, unlike the open world RPG elements they’ve applied to the franchise, to the point it no longer feels like Assassin’s Creed.
The background image shows a Middle Eastern location, in line with previous reports implying that the game will be set in Baghdad.
According to Bloomberg, Creed Mirage is the result of a planned expansion into Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The DLC has been modified into a standalone game.
The goal is to fill a gap in Ubisoft’s “thin” launch schedule for the fiscal year. Development is being led by Ubisoft’s Bordeaux studio.
A few days ago, a YouTuber with the username J0nathan revealed some new information about a new game titled Creed Mirage.
The list confirms the details mentioned above, alongside some new developments. The video shows that the Mirage will release in spring 2023.
Location of the game in Baghdad, between 870–860, during Anarchy in Samarra. Other notes include the addition of the String Dagger weapon and the return of Eagle Vision.
July 2022, information about a separate Assassin’s Creed title, codenamed Project Red, appears online online. Later in feudal Japan RPG format.
Project Red will be part of Assassin’s Creed Infinity, which Ubisoft describes as live services platform for future entries.
