Apple officially announced the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max, which are the highest line of the iPhone 14 series with various advantages in terms of design and camera.
Quoted The telephone from Apple’s official website on Thursday (8/9/2022), the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max carry the Dynamic Island and Always On screen displays. The combination of this screen design is the latest innovation from Apple in order to provide a maximum experience for users.
In addition, there is also a 48 MP main camera. This camera is supported by a quad-pixel sensor and Photonic Engine, which is able to increase the light in photos, especially photos taken at night.
“Our customers rely on their iPhones every day, and with the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, we’re delivering more progress than any other iPhone,” said Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing, Greg Joswiak.

iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max feature glass design stainless steel and matte textured and divided into 4 color choices, namely deep purple, silver, gold and space black.
The screen uses Super Retina XDR OLED with different sizes. The Pro version has a 6.1-inch screen and the Pro Max version is 6.7 inches with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
This sophisticated screen delivers an outdoor brightness level of up to 2000 nits or 2 times brighter than the iPhone 13 Pro. The screen specifications of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max are also supported by the Dynamic Island and Always On designs.
Please note that Dynamic Island combines the line between hardware and software as well as notifications on one screen. So, users can be more productive because when making phone calls or listening to recordings, they can still access several other applications.
About performance, no doubt. iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max use the A16 Bionic chip which is supported by a 6-Core CPU, 5-Core GPU and 16-Core Neural Engine. As a result, this chipset is claimed to be 40% faster than competitors and capable of performing nearly 17 trillion operations per second.
“And with the incredibly powerful and efficient A16 Bionic chip and all-day battery life, this is the best iPhone ever,” said Greg Joswiak.
The battery capacity is unknown, but the A16 Bionic is paired with 6GB of RAM and a choice of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB of memory.
The iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max cameras are also capable. For the first time, the Pro lineup features a 48 MP f/1.8 aperture Main camera with a quad-pixel sensor.
This sensor combines every 4 pixels into one quad-pixel so that it can produce good photos even in low light areas.
The 48 MP main camera is also combined with a 12 MP telephoto camera with f/2.8 aperture supported by OIS technology and 3x optical zoom and a 12 MP ultra wide camera with f/2.2 aperture. On the front there is a 12 MP camera with f/1.9 aperture.
